Company owner
Jakub started as a production manager of the first Polish talk-show "Wieczor z Jagielskim". He has been producing television programs, documentaries, commercials, music videos and concerts for 17 years. I have the pleasure of cooperating with TV stations, corporate clients as well as advertising agencies. In 2003 I founded TvWorking, which specializes in making television programs for thematic channels.

A producer with many years of experience. Privately, mother of Marysia and Franek.
KATARZYNA KEHL
Executive Producer
A graduate of international studies in economics and a holder of a Master’s degree in Arts from PWSFTviT in Łódź. Thanks to this combo, she is in her element in the “creative sales” department. She is obsessed with MS Excel as a tool that allows her to keep everything under control. Kasia is passionate about music, she actively realises her potential singing in a gospel choir and playing the piano for her neighbours in the evening.
KAMILA PIWNICKA
Director
She graduated cultural studies in the field of anthropology of culture, media and pop culture. It gives her the opportunity to look at human and the world in a broader context, understand their mutual relations and translate them into the language of television. Documents are her specialty, and there are no "heavy topics" for her.
SAMBOR WILK
Director
He graduated from the directing studies at FAMU in Prague. A director of docu-series, feature series, as well as TV programmes and commercials. He works for Discovery, Canal +, National Geographic, MTV, Pepsi, and many others.
MICHAŁ BIELAWSKI
Director
Radio and TV journalist, who started filming in 2013. His first documentary "Mundial. "Wind. Documentary Thriller ”- is Michał's last feature-length documentary, made in cooperation with HBO Europe. Together with TvWorking, Michał made episodes of the series "Hunting Hitler".
JUSTYNA GAJEWSKA-SKARBECKA
Editor
Her meeting with editing was a bit of a coincidence, she dreamed of becoming a musician, but this coincidence made me completely fall in love with editing. She studied at the Film and Television Academy in Warsaw and also at the Polish National Film, Television and Theater School in Łódź, majoring in film editing. She is very involved in every project that falls into her hands.
PIOTR PARUCH
Editor
After graduating the Krakow AMA Film Academy in 2018 in the field of Editing and Color Grading, Piotr began his career as a freelance editor. In editing, his priority is to arouse emotions. Adobe Premiere Pro is an extension of his hand, he also edits in Final Cut X and from time to time Avid Media Composer.
FILIP MARCINKIEWICZ
Cinematographer / Camera operator
He cooperated with us during the production of the “Dawid w Europie (“David in Europe”) and “Naturalnie Polska” (“Poland, naturally”) series where he was one of the cinematographers. His experience includes several documentary productions, short and feature films, commercials and TV series. When working with Filip, we can be sure that the cinematography will be of the highest quality, which directly translates into the satisfaction of viewers watching our productions.
KONRAD ZIĘCINA
Colorist
Film colorist stationed in Krakow. Nominated for the Colorist Awards 2020 in the short-film category. He studied Color Granding at the AMA Film Academy. He performed color grading for numerous and diverse projects (portfolio available on the Film Polski website). His goal is to constantly expand his knowledge and perform color correction at the highest level.
STEFAN MĘDRZECKI
Sound engineer
In 2013, he completed his studies in sound engineering at The Film and Television Academy in Warsaw with the highest grade ;) He has be working with the TVN station since 2014. In the meantime, he worked on the production of a few short films, for example “Marzenie Wrestlera” (“Wrestler’s Dream). He plays the drums in his free time.
